What is Herbal Bathing?
Herbal bathing is relaxing, enjoyable, and a valuable self-care tool. Taking time to luxuriate in the bath is a well-known stress-buster, relieving tension, soothing aching muscles and joints, stimulating circulation, getting you sleep ready.
Immersing your body into an herbal bath is a wonderful way to use herbs therapeutically. Our skin absorbs the healing powers of the herbs, while our senses inhale the aromatherapy benefits of Essential Oils through steam.
So take a bath, light a candle or listen to some music, and your body will thank you!
How to Use
You can go ahead and throw some herbs and flowers in your bath. It will look and feel pretty, but it does get messy at clean up time.
We recommend you use a bath tea ball, much like what you use for your herbal cup of tea, or a muslin bag.
Soak for 20-40mins while the bathing tea infuses your bath water.
Used herbs can be thrown in the compost or garden.

Lemon Balm Leaf is calming and helps to induce sleep as well as relieve nervous tension.
