Himalayan Pink Salt – hand-mined from within the ancient salt beds in the Himalayan Mountains. As this remote area is protected from pollution and located in a pristine environment, it’s clean and pure. It is a skin detoxifier and helps heal damaged muscle and other soft tissues with its high mineral content.
Epsom salts dispersed in water, breaks down into magnesium and sulfate. After about 20mins of soaking into a bath, these minerals absorb into your body through your skin.
